Value Stream Design Modular Course

If you have a pressing service improvement project; maybe a deadline to meet; a desire to explore and learn; and the support of your organisation then this is for you!

This 16-module distance learning course includes step-by-step lessons that ensure you learn the basics thoroughly before moving on to more complex principles and skills.

The course consists of four components: the first component forms the Foundation level; then next three form the Practitioner level.

Each component comprises four modules and includes an assessment that must be completed in order to progress to the next component.

The first two components are standard - after that the content is tailored to the specific requirements of the trainee and their chosen project.

The course materials include some software tools; including the award winning CPS Training Software. These tools are used to demonstrate the principles using realistic process simulations and in the process you will learn how to build healthcare process models and to design solutions that will work first time.

As part of the course you will be expected to complete a real service improvement project and you will have unlimited access to an experienced mentor to guide you through this process.
